Historically speaking, all true change in the world has come thanks to leaders emerging, them taking charge and giving the masses someone to rally around. Can an intentionally "leaderless" movement survive or will it just slowly fade away?

You want change, then get involved. Vote, run for office, go to shareholder meetings and contact advertisers or investors. Sitting around banging drums, singing kumbaya, smoking weed and having a camp out under the stars is not going to get you the change you want.

About Me

I am a software and solution architect with almost 20 years of experience developing solutions that help organizations solve their critical business pains.  For the past 8 years I have been completely focused on corporate performance management including planning, forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, analytics and reporting.  Business intelligence is my life.

For the last 3 years I have overseen the the effort around the development and bringing to market revolutionary and exciting planning, budgeting and forecasting solution called True Sky.  And no, the words revolutionary, exciting and budgeting are not mutually exclusive.

My formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  My informal education is vast and varied and sometimes actually applies to what I do for a living.

I have direct experience implementing and designing solutions based around Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, PerformancePoint Server, Clarity CPM, SharePoint and Excel.  I am also a four time Microsoft MVP and former Microsoft Virtual Technology Specialist.

Those who know me will say that I am devilishly handsome, unbelievably witty and exceptionally modest.  I currently reside in the Toronto area where I try, but don’t always succeed, to not take work and things like online resumes too seriously.
